Berlin says can’t allow NStream-2 launch before certification ends

BERLIN, Dec 6 (PRIME) -- Germany cannot authorize the launch of Russia’s Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline until the certification process is over, press secretary for the German Economy Ministry Nina-Marie Guttler told reporters on Monday.

“We are not currently in a situation where the certification process is complete. And as long as it is, Nord Stream-2 cannot be put into operation,” Guttler said.
