Tatneft says cancels EGM over lack of quorum

MOSCOW, Sep 22 (PRIME) -- Russian oil producer Tatneft has cancelled an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of shareholders that was scheduled for Thursday because of a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The company rescheduled an EGM for September 28.

The shareholders are supposed to consider dividends for January–June at the meeting.
