Russia's Zoloto Kamchatki may hold IPO no earlier than H2 2013
DAVOS, Switzerland, Jan 26 (PRIME) -- Russian gold producer Zoloto Kamchatki, or KamGold, which unites the gold assets of Renova group, may hold an Initial Public Offering (IPO) no earlier than July–December 2013, Renova’s chairman and owner Viktor Vekselberg told reporters Thursday.
The company initially planned the IPO for October–December 2010 on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
KamGold, which produces 2 tonnes of gold per year, is Kamchatka’s largest gold firm.
The company’s resource base stands at over 440 tonnes of gold as of December 31, 2011.
