Cbank: Russian ruble real effective rate rises by 1.6% in March
MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- The real effective rate of the Russian ruble rose by 1.6% in March and 1% in January–March, the central bank said on Thursday citing preliminary data.
In real terms, the ruble grew 0.2% against the U.S. dollar and 1.3% against the euro in March.
The nominal ruble rate remained flat against the U.S. dollar and rose 1.4% against the euro in the month.
