Russia calls Denmark refusal to allow it investigate NStream scam

MOSCOW, Mar 17 (PRIME) – Denmark’s refusal to allow Russia to partake in investigation of blasts on the Nord Stream pipelines is nothing more than a scam, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said late on Thursday in a broadcast of Rossiya 1 television channel.

“This is a scam, an absolutely real con game, it is not even like a pyramid scheme, it is a three pence amusement show which no one wants to see anymore but they are still acting it out for themselves,” she said.

“But I think that this story with Nord Streams will not have a finale like the other stories had when they were simply buried away, and the reason for that is that big money is on the line.”

Previously, newswire Local Demark reported citing Danish Foreign Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen that Copenhagen would not grant Moscow permit for participation in investigation of the Nord Stream sabotage.
