Avito says CEO Pravdivy to quit company on April 29

MOSCOW, Apr 14 (PRIME) -- Russian classifieds service Avito General Director Vladimir Pravdivy will resign on April 29, the company said on Friday.

“Vladimir said he will focus on the matters of his own health and family. The company’s management will stay in the hands of the board’s members that include all the top managers, including the managing directors of the verticals,” Avito said.

Ivan Tavrin, founder of Kismet Capital Group, Avito’s shareholder, said the news was “unexpected and joyless.”
