Digital minister says conscripts register opens by autumn drafting

MOSCOW, May 17 (PRIME) -- Russia’s register of the people liable for military service will be launched by the September–November conscription, Digital Development Minister Maksut Shadayev said on Wednesday.

“I think, it will start working quickly…So far, as it has been stated, by the autumn conscription. We planned it under the autumn drafting,” Shadayev said.
