Duma passes bill to regulate labor relations in 1st reading
MOSCOW, Jul 5 (PRIME) -- The State Duma, parliament's lower chamber, approved on Tuesday in the first reading a bill allowing the government to regulate labor relations in some organizations in case of introduction of special economic measures.
The bill allows the government to raise working hours, introduce night shifts and work during holidays. The government is also allowed to intervene in provision of the vacations.
The government earlier submitted a bill forbidding any company to refuse signing contracts aimed at conduction of counterterrorist and other operations outside Russia by the armed forces.
