Experts: More than half of Russian employers lack IT staff

MOSCOW, Apr 12 (PRIME) -- More than half of Russian employers lack IT staff, and programming and web programming are the most sought-after skills, consulting company Yakov and Partners and recruiting platform HeadHunter said in a research seen by PRIME on Wednesday.

The research showed that 61% of employers have difficulties in search of candidates with digital technologies skills, and the most hard-to-obtain professions are programming and web programming, digital marketing, and development of applications.

More than half of the polled employers said the period of search for a candidate became longer in 2022.
