GV Gold to sell 40,500 ounces of gold to Societe Generale for $50 mln

MOSCOW, Jul 8 (PRIME) -- Ugakhan, part of gold producer GV Gold, has signed a U.S. $50 million export agreement with Societe Generale for at least 40,500 ounces of gold, GV Gold said in a statement on Thursday.

The agreement will remain in force for 3.5 years.

According to the statement, the company and the bank earlier signed a three-year agreement of supply for $100 million, and it would terminate in 2021.
