Gazprom raises 2018 TurkStream investment estimate to 190 bln rbl
MOSCOW, Apr 27 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has raised the estimate of investments in construction of the TurkStream pipeline in 2018 to 190 billion rubles from 182.4 billion rubles, the company said in a statement on Friday.
Deputy CEO Andrei Kruglov said in February that total costs are estimated at 7 billion euros.
The TurkStream pipeline was designed to consist of two branches with a length of over 900 kilometers and a capacity of 15.75 billion cubic meters (bcm) each. One of them, to be finished in 2018, is to carry Russian gas to Turkey, while the other is to transit gas to the European countries through Turkey and is to be finished in 2019.
