Gazprom sees reasons for growth of gas exports to Europe

MOSCOW, Nov 30 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom sees reason to expect further growth of gas exports to Europe to more usual levels during the fourth quarter of 2020 and throughout 2021, Alexei Finikov, deputy head of financial and economic department, said during a conference call on Monday.

“The positive dynamics on the gas market that we have been observing in Europe in recent months give us reason to expect further recovery of exports to Europe to more usual levels during the fourth quarter and the whole next year,” Finikov said.

Gazprom’s share on the European market rose to 34% in the third quarter, he added.
