Lithuania says stops Russian natural gas imports
MOSCOW, Apr 4 (PRIME) -- Lithuania has fully abandoned imports of Russian natural gas starting from April 1, President Gitanas Nauseda said on his Twitter page on April 2.
“There will be no more Russian gas in Lithuania starting this month. Many years ago, my country made decisions that allow us to sever the energy ties with the aggressor painlessly. If we can do it, the rest of the Europe can, too,” he said.
