Lukoil to pay 340 rbl/share in January–September dividends

MOSCOW, Dec 2 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian oil major Lukoil have approved paying 340 rubles per share in dividends for January–September, as seen by PRIME in the materials of the company on Thursday.

The record date for the dividends is December 21.

Lukoil President Vagit Alekperov and Vice President Leonid Fedun directly and indirectly hold 28.22% and 9.28% in the company, respectively.
