MMK board of directors decides against paying dividends for 2022

MOSCOW, Apr 24 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian integrated steel producer Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has recommended paying no final dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The shareholders shall decide on the issue at a general meeting on May 26. The record date is May 2.

Viktor Rashnikov, chairman of the board of directors, is the core shareholder of MMK, and the free-float is 20.24%.
