Moldova says to support new EU’s anti-Russian sanctions
CHISINAU, Jun 24 (PRIME) -- Moldova is obliged to support the next E.U.’s anti-Russian sanctions as a candidate to the union, the state’s parliament speaker Igor Grosu said on Friday as broadcasted by Moldova 1 television channel.
“Moldova will ally with the E.U., which is required by our status and the ambitions. It is obvious that we will join (anti-Russian sanctions),” he said.
On Thursday, the E.U.’s summit approved Ukraine and Moldova as candidates.
