Official says Russian grain harvest can decrease 15Ц20% in 2018
MOSCOW, Jul 31 (PRIME) -- The grain harvest is to fall by 15Ц20% in 2018 compared to the 2017 bumper crop, when Russia harvested 135.4 million tonnes, Dmitry Kiktyov, acting director of Hydrometcenter weather forecasting service, said at a press conference on Tuesday.
