Ozon says fixes tech glitch, website, app work normally

MOSCOW, May 23 (PRIME) -- Russian marketplace Ozon has quickly mended a technical glitch in work of its website and the application, the company said on Tuesday.

“Order making on Ozon is available now. Earlier some users could have had problems with orders – the technical glitch was fixed quickly. The website and the application work regularly,” the company said.

Glitch tracker Downradar registered 2,639 complaints as of 12.58 p.m. Moscow time. When choosing any goods on the platform a notice read that the page did not exist.
