S8 Capital says buys Bosch’s assets in Russia's Engels

MOSCOW, Apr 28 (PRIME) -- Holding company S8 Capital has bought assets of Germany's Bosch in Russia's Engels and plans to rebrand them, a representative of S8 Capital told PRIME on Friday.

"Multi-industry holding company S8 Capital has closed the deal of acquisition of the Russian assets of German company Bosch in the city of Engels. The deal involves 100% stakes in three affiliates of Bosch: a spark plug factory, a power tool factory, and a heating boiler production site," the representative said.

The rebranding is expected to take place in six months after the completion of the deal.
