Statistics: Russia's grain harvest rises 26.7% in net weight '22

MOSCOW, Jan 16 (PRIME) -- Russia's grain harvest increased by 26.7% on the year to 153.83 million tonnes in weight after processing in 2022, the Federal State Statistics Service said in a statement on Monday.

Wheat harvest amounted to 104.44 million tonnes in net weight, including 73.999 million tonnes of winter wheat and 30.446 million tonnes of spring wheat.

In December, the service preliminarily estimated the grain harvest at 150.985 million tonnes, including 102.651 million tonnes of wheat in net weight in the period.
