Tatneft may pay 27.71 rbl/share in dividends for 2022

MOSCOW, Apr 27 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian oil company Tatneft has recommended paying 27.71 rubles per share in final dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

Taking into account the 39.57 rubles per share that the company paid for January–September 2022, the combined payout for 2022 would reach 67.28 rubles per share.

The shareholders are to consider the recommendation at an annual general meeting (AGM) on June 16 in absentia. If there is a lack of quorum for the AGM on June 16, then a second AGM would he held on June 30 with the same agenda.

The record date for the dividends is July 6.

The government of Tatarstan controls around 36% in Tatneft.
