The list includes the entire staff of the presidential administration, presidential aides, presidential envoys to authorities, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and his deputies, all 22 ministers, and other high-ranking officials.
Deputy Prime Ministers Arkady Dvorkovich said that there are no reasons to take any actions so far and authorities will monitor the situation. УWe will be monitoring the situation and react if needed, there are no reasons to act now. This is like a book СWho is who in Russian PoliticsТ, nothing more.Ф
The list also includes businessmen with wealth exceeding $2 billion: Vladimir Bogdanov (CEO of Surgutneftegas), Oleg Deripaska, Leonid Fedun, Filaret Galchev and Sergei Galitsky.
Among businessmen or heads of state companies are CEOs of Gazprom and Rosneft Alexei Miller and Igor Sechin, as well as Roman Abramovich, Vladimir Yevtushenkov, CEO of Sberbank German Gref and of VTB Andrei Kostin, CEO of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov, Vladimir Potanin, Oleg Budargin, Alisher Usmanov, Viktor Vekselberg, CEO of Yandex Arkady Volozh, Mikhail Fridman, Vladimir Lisin and Pyotr Aven.

First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council committee for foreign affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov said that Russia will retaliate УdecentlyФ and that the publication of the list including almost all representatives of the Russian authorities means a break of relations between the countries.
УOur countries formally have relations but inclusion of almost the entire administration of our state signals that the relations are being broken in fact,Ф Dzhabarov said.
The document also contains a notification of a secret part which can list names not included in the public part of the list. These people can occupy lower posts or their wealth is less than $1 billion, according to the document.
