VSMPO-Avisma first deputy CEO appointed as acting CEO

MOSCOW, Apr 3 (PRIME) -- CEO of Russian titanium giant VSMPO-Avisma Dmitry Osipov has left the position because of personal reasons, and his first deputy Nikolai Melnikov has been appointed as an acting CEO, a spokesperson for the company told PRIME on Monday.

“The company’s CEO Dmitry Osipov is leaving the position due to personal circumstances… First Deputy CEO Nikolai Konstantinovich Melnikov has been appointed as an acting CEO until a new CEO is chosen,” the person said.

Osipov started working at the position in January 2021.
