X5 Group board recommends paying no 2021 dividends

MOSCOW, Nov 25 (PRIME) -- The supervisory board of Russian retailer X5 Retail Group has recommended paying no final dividends for 2021, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

"Taking into account the difficult market conditions and the need to spend all resources on support of the current activities of X5, the supervisory board recommends X5 against payment of final dividends for 2021," the statement read.
