PM: RussiaТs switch to shorter workweek depends on econ situation
MOSCOW, Sep 13 (PRIME) -- Switching to a shorter working week will depend on the economic situation in Russia and can be applied in some types of entities, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting with head of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia Mikhail Shmakov on Friday.
УThe working week cab be shortened in the future. It will depend on the particular situation in the economy and on the particular types of entities, we will be discussing this anyway,Ф Medvedev said.
He said earlier that the Russian labor legislation is outdated and requires reforms including more flexible working day rules.
