Apple pauses guarantee maintenance for MacBook, iPad in Russia

MOSCOW, Mar 6 (PRIME) -- Apple’s authorized centers in Russia have suspended guarantee maintenance of MacBook and iPad gadgets over the lack of details, but the iPhone is still serviced, a representative of Apple’s technical support told PRIME on March 3.

“Alas, the iPad will not be accepted in authorized centers as well as the MacBook…Since there are no spare parts, no shipment is expected soon, and they do not take the devices,” the company’s consultant said.

The move relates to all MacBook and iPad models.
