PRESS: Russian franchisee of Papa John`s can rebrand outlets

MOSCOW, Mar 14 (PRIME) -- The Russian owner of master franchise of pizzeria chain Papa John`s can change the brand and continue its operations independently from the U.S. holding company, business daily Kommersant reported on Tuesday citing people with knowledge of the situation.

"The Russian owner of master franchise of pizzeria chain Papa John`s has defined the strategy of business development… The company can continue its operations independently from the U.S. holding company by changing the concept and the brand," Kommersant reported.

The domain name operator is now company Komo registered in Moscow and, according to the united register of legal entities, owned by Karina Seleznyova, instead of 4 Papas, affiliate of Cyprus-based PJ Western. Company 4 Papas registered several new domain names, which, experts say, may be linked to rebranding.
