Lenta’s board of directors recommends no dividends for 2022

MOSCOW, Jun 1 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian grocery retailer Lenta has recommended paying no dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

The shareholders are to consider the recommendation at an annual general meeting on June 29.

The company previously paid no final dividends for 2021 as well.
