Mechel’s board recommends paying no dividends for 2022

mechel01MOSCOW, Jun 2 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian metals and mining company Mechel has recommended paying no dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The board also recommended against recovering a net loss of 33.3 million rubles for the period.

The company paid no dividends for 2021.
