AvtoVAZ says RAS net profit slides 86.2% to 207 mln rbl in 2022

MOSCOW, Mar 7 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russia’s largest car producer AvtoVAZ plummeted by 86.2% on the year to 206.6 million rubles in 2022, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), the company said in a report on Tuesday.

Revenue grew by 43.7% to 169.6 billion rubles, cost of sales fell by 41.2% to 162.3 billion rubles, and pretax profit dropped by 66.7% to 1.5 billion rubles.
