JODI: Russia remains world's 2nd largest oil producer in July
MOSCOW, Sep 16 (PRIME) -- Russia retained its position of the world’s second largest oil producer after the U.S. in July, when its output grew by 0.8% on the month to 9.831 million barrels per day, the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) said in a report on Thursday.
The U.S. produced 11.3 million barrels per day, flat on the year. Saudi Arabia’s output rose by 6.1% to 9.474 million barrels per day.
