Lukoil buys Shell's Russian business with fuel stations, plant
MOSCOW, May 12 (PRIME) -- Russian oil producer Lukoil is buying Shell’s Russian business consisting of a chain of fuel stations and a lubricant plant in the Tver Region, Lukoil said in a statement on Thursday.
"Lukoil announces conclusion of an agreement with subsidiaries of Shell plc (hereinafter, "Shell") to acquire a 100% share in Shell Neft, which runs a retail petroleum products chain and lubricants production in Russia," the company said.
The deal will be closed after approval by the antimonopoly authority.
