Lukoil CEO: MOL, Neste complain of Urals quality
MOSCOW, Dec 17 (PRIME) -- Traditional buyers of Russia’s Urals oil, Hungary’s MOL and Finland’s Neste, have complained that the quality of the Urals is falling, oil major Lukoil’s CEO Vagit Alekperov told reporters Thursday.
“Both Finns and Hungarians have sent a request, and wrote a letter asking to pay attention to the quality of the supplied Urals oil,” he said, adding that he will submit a request to the government to attract attention to the problem.
Russia has redirected exports of light oil to the East, while the quality of oil sold to the West is falling, he said.
