Sources: Delo wins 50% in TransContainer with 60.3 bln rbl bid
MOSCOW, Nov 27 (PRIME) -- Delo Group of Russian tycoon Sergei Shishkaryov has won an auction for 50% plus two shares in railway container operator TransContainer with a 60.3 billion ruble bid, sources familiar with the results of the auction told PRIME on Wednesday.
The starting price for the auction was set at 36.159 billion rubles.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service cleared three contenders for the auction: Delo Group, Yenisei Capital of tycoons Alexander Abramov and Roman Abramovich, and Freight One, part of businessman Vladimir LisinТs Fletcher Group.
Yenisei Capital already holds 24.5051% in TransContainer. Another large shareholder of the company is RussiaТs second largest bank VTB, which bought a 24.84% stake from Far Eastern Shipping Company (FESCO) in October 2018 and planned to resell it.
